J.T.L. (Jerba Tourisme et Loisirs) was born of the wish of the
                HAMROUNI Group to invest in the tourist inustry, a key-sector of
              tunisia's economy. Its first project was completed in 1996 : the Helios
            Hotel (640 beds, 4 stars) which does not owe its name to pure chance. It
         was built on an 8-hectare park along the seaside in Jerba, the island of myths        and eternal sun.

 Helios is not an ordinary hotel. Six hundred meters on the water front, an  amphitheatre, a 60 meter swimming pool and buildings designed as cohesive unit of  integrated villages, make of Helios a hotel that is in harmony with the region's     specific architectural heritage. Currently, Helios is rented out to an Italian tour   operator. In addition, JTL undertakes the following tasks : - Feasibility studies and    direct or indirect construction of tourist and para-tourist projects. - Management
    and repurchase of, and aquity investment in, projects of the same kind.
