With the lauching of IMMOBILIERE KHAIRI, the HAMROUNI
                 Group entered the real estate development sector. The firm
               specializes in:

               - Subdivision and Development of tracts and land.
               - Construction and Renovation of individual buldings and blocks of flats.
               - Sale and rental of real property.

  As soon as it was incorporated in january 1994, IMMOBILIERE KHAIRI commanded   attention by carrying out its first development in the very heart of the capital, Tunis :   Studio 38, on Avenue Habib Bourguiba, is a seven story building, with space for   offices, shops and even cultural activities, with an art gallery that extends over a
  large area at street level. A further instance of the dynamism of IMMOBILIERE
    KHAIRI was   the purchase of 3000 sp.m. of land in the center of the capital for
     the construction of new buildings, with a floor space of 15000 sq.m. for shops and       offices. More recently, it started work on an estate consisting of 300
        apartments, a shopping center and an entertainment complex on a
          4-hectar tract at Ezzahra.
